Shiofra Hassett a native of Quin has been working at Hassett Considine, Solicitors (Ennis and Kilrush) since 2005 completing her traineeship with the firm.   She joined the Roll of Solicitors in 2009.  Shiofra attended Colaiste Mhuire secondary school in Ennis and is an honours graduate of the University of Limerick studying Law and European Studies. She obtained her Bachelor of Law degree in 2004.

Shiofra deals with a wide variety of matters in particular Family Law, Employment Law and Insolvency/Debt Collection matters. She is based in both the Ennis office and Hassett Consdine’s sub-office in Kilrush.

Shiofra has a particularly keen interest in Family Law.  Previous to qualifying as a solicitor she worked in the area of Child Care law in the U.K and prepared a thesis on the topic for her studies. She also volunteers at the Free Legal Advice Centre held in the Citizen’s Information Bureau in Ennis and Kilrush.
